From the question above, i directly think how procrastination acts in our lives. And based on the question, I would like to give my opinion. I agree that procrastination is a habit that people must change, because it causes some grave results. There are at least two ways to avoid the procrastination, stop putting things off and try to have a good behavior for every task you got.
First step to avoid procrastination is stop putting things off. Putting things off is one of the way to be a procrastinator, it is normal if we put things off once a while, we will not get any grave results if we do it only once, but if putting things off become our habit, it will lead us to grave results. For example, if you got a homework from your teacher,but you postpone it, you prefer playing your PC, or hanging out with your friends, or just sleeping at home, then you will forgot your homework, and when you come to school and your teacher asks about your homework, what will you get? of course you will get a punishment from your teacher. So, putting things off is one of the most important thing that we have to avoid in order to avoid the procrastination.
Second, try to have a good behavior in every task that you got. If we have a good behavior in everything, we will not be a procrastinator. For example, if you have to pay your phone bill every month, and you pay it on time, you will not get your phone disconnected because you always pay it on time, and it's also because paying your phone bill has become your habit every month. But if you feel lazy to pay your bill, and it become your habit, you will get your phone disconnected, and it's all because of your behavior. To have a good or bad behavior is our choice. So choose the best for you.
Well, procrastination is a bad habit, and we have to immadiately change it if we already realize that we are procrastinators. And the ways to avoid procrastination are stop putting things off and try to have a good behavior for every task you got.
